The living area of a Florida room must be Energy Rating. White Aluminum & Windows Florida rooms can use Low E- 366 glass in the windows and doors of the Florida room, as well as insulated walls, and roofing with solar reflectance.

We added to our pool area with a covered screen room. The only bad thing I can say about this company is due to corona it took a little longer to start construction. But when they started they did a great job. The men from start to finish's where great people and they did great job. Very professional and wanted to make sure the job was perfect.
